The BID Area

We are located in the London Borough of Havering along the A13 and just inside the M25, providing advantageous connections to local airports, London, Essex and Tilbury Ports.  Businesses also benefit from the new Rainham and Beam Park housing zone, and modern industry and tech hubs such as CEME, SEGRO’s and Rainham Steel’s substantial new developments and Momentum Logistics Park.

With the RSPB Rainham Marshes and the River Thames bordering our industrial zone to the south and north, we benefit from welcome pockets of verdant landscapes and are crossed by the walking route through the marshes from Rainham Station to Purfleet.
