Most of the CCTV cameras at the Fairview Industrial Park were deemed out of date/obsolete, therefore the management company applied to the BID to renew the whole system.

The upgrades installed in 2023 include a new monitoring system to be installed in the gatehouse as well as renewal of all cameras around the estate and add to the collective CCTV assets in the area, which help us reduce and identify criminal activity.

The BID’s Board agreed to fund 50% towards the costs.
