Our activities and investments
Focussed on 5 core pillars of investment.
During our first three terms over £4 million has been invested in improving and maintaining the security, cleanliness and appearance of the area, providing a co-ordinated approach to development opportunities and lobbying for improved services and accessibility.
Clean & Maintained
We take great pride in the physical appearance and cleanliness of our environment, which is unique in its setting between the River Thames and Rainham Marshes
Safe & Secure
The top priority for the majority of our Members is a safe and secure environment in which to operate. An environment in which crime and business disruption is minimised and staff, customers and visitors feel safe and welcomed.
Accessible & Co-ordinated
Representing the collective voice of the 450+ businesses which operate in the London Riverside BID, doing everything we can to ensure the needs of our business community are understood and prioritised by stakeholders and statutory bodies.
Green & Sustainable
Reducing our collective environmental footprint and working towards the principals of the circular economy are under-pinning themes for the London Riverside BID in the fourth term.
