March 2022 – Barrier Repairs – completed

CEME Two barriers at the CEME on at the entrance and one at the rear exit had damage/broken parts that needed replacing. The BID contributed 50% towards the repairs to assist with keeping the area safe and secure for the 150 or so businesses that operate from the CEME Campus.

February 2022 – Gate repair

K9 Estate Gate Repair – Securing K9 Estate The gate had been broken for some time thus making the estate prone to authorised overnight parking and possible thefts. Therefore the BID working with the owner of K9 contributed 50% to repair the gate thus assisting to secure the industrial area.

Additional CCTV installation – completed

The BID contributed funding towards CCTV installation on the side of F H Brundle building, allowing the BID  to have access to CCTV coverage around the top of  Ferry Lane / Lamson Road and the sharp bend, adding to existing CCTV assets and footage.
